The Braskey Force Door and Braskey Custom Force Door are a heavy duty quick adjusting force door used for teaching basic and advanced Forcible Entry. Both Doors allow students to hone skills including Shock, Gap, Set, Force at increasing levels of difficulty. The door is also strong enough to allow hydra-ram and rabbit tool work. When the force door is used with our commercial crush prop, students get a realistic feel of what to expect during commercial force entry.
After solid irons work, students can practice other techniques to attack the most difficult doors including attacking drop bar bolts and a variety of cut techniques. Both doors are constructed of 3/16” tube steel. Then they are plated with ¼” steel leaving a welded steel frame that is nearly ½” thick in work areas. By design, new doors have a very tight “gap”. Either door will provide thousands of training entries.
The Braskey Force Door is a 2” wide door that fits in a 34” H-beam Jam. Our heavy duty spring system is like no other on the market. It can simulate the toughest door, while allowing for quick adjustment depending on students ability. The door can be forced inward or outward. It uses 12” wooden stakes in up to 3 different load positions to challenge the most seasoned crew.
